These offers are available at participating locations in Israel. Offers are not valid during the following promotional blackout period: April 1 through April 14, 2012. Reservations must be made at least 8 hours prior to vehicle pickup. Free Day applies to time and mileage charges only - minimum rental period is eight (8) days (pay for 7, get the 8th day free). Upgrade is subject to larger car availability at time of rental pickup and is valid for a maximum of 14 days. 10% discount is applied at time of rental pickup in local currency. These offers have no cash value and may not be combined with any other offer, discount, coupon or promotion, with the following exceptions: Upgrade and Free Additional Driver offers are valid with CDP Discounts. Normal Hertz Affordable Rate rules and restrictions apply. Taxes, tax reimbursement, governmental surcharges, and optional services, such as refueling, may be extra. All taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Minimum rental age is 25 (exceptions apply). Hertz standard rental qualifications, rental period and return restrictions apply. Hertz standard driver and credit qualifications for the rental locations apply. Offers do not apply to travel industry rate rentals, wholesale tour packages, insurance/dealer replacement, or any other promotional rate or group travel rentals.
